Thousand Stars 2026 

Come one, come all! Once Upon a Fae Stars shall be upon us soon! This 2026 Thousand Stars event is sure to bring storybook wonders and fairytale battles!
From tons of Battlegames to a Random Draw 5v5; multiple Fighting Tournaments and a Storybook Themed A&S Tournament, this event is going to be full of revelry and merry making! We have space for Merchants and Ithras as well! Win or lose, fighter or crafter, all are sure to have a wonderful time! 

Planned events (schedule to come) 

-All Day Scheduled Battlegames, some themed 

-5v5 random draw 

-Main Tournament 

-Morrigan Tournament 

-Storybook themed A&S Tournament 

-Feast 

-Donated Meals (Signups open! Contact Doodlebug/Kristi Starlight) 

-Merchant's Row Shops (Existing Vendor Space Available first come/first serve. Signups open! Contact Doodlebug/Kristi Starlight) 

-Ithras (If anyone would like to run one, space is available.  These will likely be scheduled alongside battlegames. Signups open! Contact DoodleBug/Kristi Starlight)

Gate and Pricing: 

Gate: Opens 12:00 noon on Friday, May 22 

Offsite: by 10:00 AM on Monday, May 25 

Weekend Gate PrePay: $45.00 Cash or Paypal (Prepay open/close and info will be announced in a seperate post) 

Weekend Gate Onsite: $50.00 Cash Only 

Daytrip Gate OnSite: $25.00 Cash Only 

12 and Under Gate: Free 

Power Pole Weekend Fee: $30.00 each (Cash (or Paypal if Prepaid))
(can use for a group on the same pole)

Merchants Row:
    No extra fee; first come first serve signups for the onsite booths that are available. Most have lights and power. Varying sizes. 

Merchants will be able to enter site an hour early for setup purposes
