Yoga on the Langlais Lawn

Join Georges River Land Trust for Yoga on the Langlais Lawn!

Hosted at the Langlais Art Preserve in Cushing, these outdoor yoga sessions are perfect for all skill levels including beginners. Sessions will be led by instructor Lisa Millette, who brings fifteen years of experience in her practice and currently teaches at Earth Flow Studio in Rockland.

Everyone is welcome! Join us for one or both sessions. Be sure to bring your mat, a towel (to help stabilize the mat on the grass), and drinking water. These classes are free, but registration is required. Donations to the land trust support our free and public programs.
