Meet your host

Briohny Heggarty

Since discovering yoga in 2007, I have dedicated myself to exploring and sharing the transformative power of spiritual teachings and holistic practices for self-healing and conscious, heart-centered living.

I've been fortunate to work with highly regarded teachers, leaders, and shamans worldwide and have completed trainings in various yoga styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Kundalini Yoga.

To deepen my understanding, I have also studied modalities such as Heart-Centered Breathwork, Family Constellations, NLP, Spiral Dynamics, Energy Healing, and Holistic Coaching, complemented by extensive personal meditation and self-inquiry practices.

I draw inspiration from my background which started in the corporate world, then I created an executive coaching business and a brand and marketing agency before founding Inspired Wild & Free Yoga & Holistic Studio—my most inspired and fulfilling project to date.

My approach is rooted in compassion, inner connection, heart expansion, and a belief that no matter your background or personal story, you can achieve inner peace and fulfilment.

With a warm and down-to-earth style, I aim to create soulful, transformative experiences that leave you feeling inspired, expanded and awakened – and most importantly more connected to your inner being.
