Experience a journey of connection, relaxation, and mental clarity through meditation and sound healing. Katie guides participants into profound relaxation on yoga mats with blankets and soothing eye pillows.
As the body and mind unwind, the resonance of Drums, Chimes and Crystal Singing Bowls will carry you inwards to a place of stillness and deep relaxation.
This workshop fosters a sense of grounding and rejuvenation.
