Inner Child Healing - Guided Meditation

Gift yourself the time and space for some deep and healing self care. In this gentle guided meditation, we will journey back in time to meet our Inner Child. The Inner Child is the psychological concept of a younger version of ourselves who remembers events that have left a painful permanent mark on us which can cause difficulties for us in the here and now.

Connecting with our Inner Child is a powerful way to bring healing to those traumas from the past.

This is done in a safe environment facilitated by a professional psychotherapist.

• Yoga mats
• Pillows
• Herbal tea
• Water
• Toilet on the same floor (ground floor)

Optional to bring;

• Blanket
• Eye mask
• Journal
• Crystals or anything that makes you feel safe
