Vinyasa means “to place in a special way.”
Join Jasmine for a guided journey into the fundamentals of flow. Expand self-discovery through the roots of yoga to cultivate clarity, inspired change and deep embodied awareness.

This workshop explores vinyasa through the conscious placement of attention, the body and breath with embodied yoga philosophy. Yoga qualities - sattva, rajas, and tamas will shape this practice to reveal how yoga supports us on and off the mat with heart-led discernment, awareness and confidence.

* Yoga experience is recommended. Space is Limited
