You’ll begin with intention-setting cards and a guided journalling session to reflect on the season ahead and ground your personal goals.​You’ll then move into a gentle, slow paced restorative yoga practice complemented by calming breath work, designed to encourage deep release and suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.​Your journey continues with a serene sound bath featuring gongs, Tibetan bowls, Quartz crystal bowls, ocean drums, and bells allowing healing vibrations to wash over you and bring your whole being into harmony.​Afterwards, enjoy a refreshing chamomile, mango and peppermint iced tea whilst you are guided through a rejuvenating facial experience, crafted to soothe tension, uplift your senses, and leave your skin glowing as you step into the lighter months. This guided facial includes gua sha, rose quartz rollers, lymphatic drainage techniques, and organic beauty products from Evolve, blending baobab, rosehip, and argan oil with rose otto.​This retreat isn’t just a Spring event; it’s your invitation to welcome the brighter days of 2026 with intention, nourishment, and a renewed sense of self ✨T&C’s -- Our retreats are a group experience with a maximum of 5 people per session.- Suitable for ages 16+- Doors will open 10 minutes before your session begins & will be locked promptly at the beginning of the session (strictly no late comer’s as this causes disruption to the session)- Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable to another date (you may pass your place onto another person if you can no longer attend)- Essential items to bring. We provide everything needed for your session. However please bring extra blankets & pillows if you require. Please bring a bottle of water.- The studio is situated in the basement of 12 St. Catherine Street, Cupar with stair access only (approx 10 steps to access the lower level).- Contraindications - this session is not suitable during pregnancy or for anyone with a pacemaker fitted. If this is your first yoga based session we will send a new student form for completion prior to your session.- Please check with your health professional for the suitability of a sound bath if you have any of the following medical conditions - epilepsy/seizures, sound sensitivity, tinnitus, PTSD, any severe mental health conditions.*Please note we have taken every measure to ensure that each session is as calm & peaceful as possible. However, being located within the town centre there is always a possibility of mild noise coming from traffic, alarms, emergency service sirens, shouting etc (in our experience this is ocassional and has little/no impact of the session as a whole).**This is a group session and snoring/heavy breathing from others, sound from others moving position may occur. We appreciate that this may cause annoyance to others.
