- **Event Description**: A  jewellery workshop for teens using heat shrink plastic and basic jewellery making techniques  to create a colourful necklace.About this EventThis 2 hour workshop is designed for teens aged 12 - 18 and during the class you will learn to create your very own colourful necklace.Working with heat shrink plastic, we will create coloured components which will form the centrepiece of your necklace and then, using traditional jewellery making techniques assemble the necklace for you to wear and take home.The workshop will take place at The Studio at Millbank, Millbank House, Cumnock and a maximum of 12 attendees will take part in the workshop.Suitable for those aged 12 years and over.No previous jewellery making experience is necessary, all materials to make your necklace are supplied, and all tools needed for the class will be provided for use during the workshop.As we will be working with tools, loose clothing should be avoided, closed toe shoes should be worn and if you have long hair it should be worn tied back.Please remember to bring glasses if needed as we will be working with small objects.Refunds are available up to 1 full week before the class (excluding Eventbrite's fee), no refund is available after that time.
