Students will enjoy paddling out to a quiet spot on the lake; we'll anchor our boards and begin with breath awareness. SUP Yoga includes a variety of yoga poses. We'll provide modifications to accommodate all levels. We will take a few quiet moments before paddling back; experiencing savasana on the water is something you'll never forget. 

Hanalei SUP Yoga founder  and instructor, Jana Rife holds an E-RYT 500 hour yoga teacher training certification registered with Yoga Alliance, a level 2 paddle board yoga certification from Lazy Dog Paddle Yoga in Key West, Florida, she is a PaddleFit PRO coach and has a World Paddle Association Class II Instructor Certification. Jana is also a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). Jana is passionate about sharing her knowledge of SUP and yoga in a safe and enjoyable way.
