Step up and challenge yourself with our 6-Week Boxing Course designed to build confidence, conditioning, discipline, and real boxing fundamentals.
Led by Coach E and Coach Jeff, this high-energy program combines boxing technique, footwork, cardio conditioning, mitt work, movement, and controlled partner drills in a motivating team environment.
Whether you are brand new to boxing or looking to sharpen your skills, this course is built for all experience levels.
Participants will have the opportunity to train at BOTH Dojo locations with up to 5 training sessions available each week.

• Starts June 8
• Ends July 18
• Final Showcase Sparring Event: July 18

COURSE PRICE:
$199 for the full 6-week program
EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:
Participants must have:
• Boxing Gloves
• Mouth Piece
• Head Gear
• Hand Wraps
Students may bring their own equipment or purchase the complete equipment package from us for $99.
On Saturday, July 18, students will participate in a One-Round Showcase Event inside our custom training ring to demonstrate the skills and progress they’ve made throughout the course.
