Head to the Community High Tunnel in Middlebrook's town garden for a glass of wine, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a behind-the-scenes look at Middlebrook Farm.At 6:00 PM, enjoy a thoughtfully crafted four-course dinner by Chef Katie Porter of Seasonal Palate, served in the cozy setting of The Farmhouse. The evening’s menu will highlight organic produce grown right here in Middlebrook’s town garden.Mosa and Chef Katie first met while working together at The Wallace Centers of Iowa, where they spent eight years collaborating on farm-to-table dinners—Mosa growing the ingredients and Katie transforming them into memorable meals. We're thrilled to bring their partnership to life once again at Middlebrook.Local beer and Capital Call Vintners wine will be available for purchase. Katie highlights local foods in her cooking and values the relationships she has built with Iowa producers.
