What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive and meditative experience that uses sound to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. Participants rest comfortably while instruments such as crystal quartz bowls, gongs, chimes, and drums create harmonious vibrations that help align body, mind, and spirit.

Class Experience:

    Begin by planting a lavender herb to nurture at home.🌿
    Transition into a gentle guided meditation with breathing exercises, this is located in our gardens near calming waterfalls, please dress accordingly.
    Immerse yourself in soothing sound vibrations—crystal quartz bowls, koshi chimes, ocean drum, and water chimes—designed to release tension and invite deep serenity.

✨What to Bring:

    A yoga mat (required).
    Optional: blanket and pillow for extra comfort.
    Any personal relaxation items (journal, water bottle, etc.).

No experience is necessary—simply come as you are, ready to relax and receive.
