What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience using soothing sounds and vibrations to promote relaxation and overall well-being. Participants rest comfortably while instruments such as crystal quartz bowls, chimes, and drums create calming frequencies for the body and mind.
Class Experience
