You don't have to travel far to experience nature, sometimes it's right on your doorstep!As always, there will be a tea break on route, a great opportunity to chat to others!Engaging with nature helps people live happier, healthier, lives - and as this is part of the Nurturing Natural Connections project, there is the added benefit of helping nature too.Our wellbeing in nature walks take place every Thursday afternoon in Cumbernauld. The exact location, and the content of the walk will change each week, but they are designed to be accessible to both beginners and seasoned nature lovers.Every walk will take between two to three hours and will cover 2000 to 5000 steps.
