A shared practice of honouring
In a culture that often rewards speed and performance, this dance offers something quieter and more intentional. It offers respect for all things, including the ones we often overlook.
Curated and facilitated by DJ sprouT, Reverence is an ecstatic dance journey shaped by decades of experience as a DJ, holistic practitioner, and creative community builder. The music is guided by an innerstanding that sound and movement affect the nervous system, emotions, and our sense of connection.
Each transition is intentional, allowing space for awareness, sensation, and choice. This is not a set designed to push you somewhere, but one that invites us to meet ourselves and others exactly where we are.
Reverence lives in the recognition that everything we see, touch, listen to, witness, has value. It is respect for the body and its inner rhythms and boundaries. It is care for each other as we share the dance floor. It is awareness of the land beneath us, the air we breathe, and the walls that hold us while we move. It extends even to the ordinary and mundane, the small gestures, quiet moments, and the simple acts that shape our days.
As a holistic practitioner, DJ sprouT brings deep respect for the body’s intelligence and its capacity for self regulation, as well as our primal need for co-regulation.

Tammra aka DJ sprouT has been moving dance floors for over two decades, from underground raves to festival stages like Shambhala Music Festival, Bass Coast, and Wicked Woods. With experience in 5Rhythms and over 30 years as an Advanced Holistic Practitioner, she has held space for healing in diverse environments. Guided by a deep love for conscious, intuitive movement and music, sprouT layers in grooves, heart, and intention to lightly guide dancers through journeys of rhythm and release. She invites us to play with new states of connection, presence, and transformation.

In this space we collectively agree to:
*Develop compassion, awareness, acceptance
*No talking on the dance floor
*No cellphones
*No instruments
*No photography
*No drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants.
*** No glass allowed on the farm, please leave all glass items at home ***
*Tops to be worn throughout the dance for all gender expressions, bikini top is the minimum coverage requested, please be respectful of this boundary.
::ON BOUNDARIES & TOUCH::
We recognize that touch and physical proximity can mean different things to different people. In this space we practice self-awareness of our own bodies, and the ways in which we engage with the moving bodies of others. We define consent as freely given, enthusiastic agreement for mutual participation.
::WHEN APPROACHING OTHERS::
*Make no assumptions!
Look for a yes, look for eye contact
*Respect any no (including when someone is ignoring you or moves away from you)
*Respect a Solo Dancer’s right to their space.
* Do not engage in physical touch without clear consent.
This is a transformational space for dance, healing, prayer, laughter, joy, sadness and everything in between.
