Welcome to Mittelmarch, a mystical place that travelers find by entering the Mist. The Mist brings people from other worlds and times, both moral and wicked alike. Be wary on your travels, friend; elves and dwarves, knights and thieves, halflings, orcs and other sorts wander this place. Here you live and die by the sword, so keep your shield up and your blade sharp.

EVENT & SITE POLICIES
~Mittelmarch Code of Conduct~
* By attending Mittelmarch events you agree to adhere to the Mittelmarch Code of Conduct (mittelmarch.com/code-of-conduct).
* Mittelmarch event staff will be strictly enforcing the CoC and all event and site rules to ensure we foster a safe, enjoyable event experience for all.
~Gate~
* Event opens Thursday at 4pm ET.
* Attendees must sign a waiver and show valid ID at Gate.
* Pre-Registration is required for Feast (Saturday at 6pm).
* Attendees must be off site by 11am ET on Sunday.
* The waiver can be found at mittelmarch.com/waiver.
~Event and Site Policies~
* Fighters must be 16 years of age or older.
* Minors must have a parent or legal guardian on site -or- provide a notarized waiver as well as a chaperone 21 years of age or older onsite all weekend.
* Minors <12 must be within sight of their guardian at all times and will be held to a 10pm in-camp curfew.
* No underage drinking or use of illegal substances will not be tolerated. Use of illegal substances, and use of mature materials with minors, are prohibited.
* Live steel is not permitted on the battlefield and must be kept in a sheath.
* Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after at all times.
* All attendees must meet minimum Belegarth garb requirements.
* Period drinking vessels are required after dark.
~Campsites~
* Campsites are secured on a first come, first serve basis.
* Camp master registration is not required, but all camps should have an established camp master for emergencies.
* Firepits are welcome in camping areas; top soil/grass from in-ground firepits must be maintained and replaced on Sunday.
* Campsites in the merchant and cabin areas (north side of the 'road' through the site) are restricted to above-ground fire bowls (site requirement).

Pre-registration is required for Saturday feast. On-site payment will be available at Gate but does not include Saturday Feast with cash or online payment via our website.
$40 = Thursday
$30 = Friday
$20 = Saturday camping
$10 = Saturday day battles only
Age 0-15 = Free

Interested in teaching a class? The Olympics Academy was created for crafters, combat instructors and masters of the arts to share their knowledge and skills. Proposals submitted by February 28th will be given first consideration and priority.
