Starting April 16th, classes run every Thursday from 7:35–8:35 PM. This progressive series will guide you through the fundamentals of silk fan technique, including basic grips, spins, transitions, and flow sequences. No prior experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a willingness to move!

Cost: $100 for the full 6-week series


About your teacher

Denyse Dansereau is a dancer, flow artist, and instructor with a deep passion for silk fans. She has both performed and taught at festivals such as Astral Harvest, North Country Fair, Atmosphere, and Pachena Bay Festival, where she is known for her graceful movement, expressive style, and captivating presence.

Since 2017, Denyse has been teaching silk fans through her company, Ignisia Circus, guiding students through the fundamentals of flow, smooth transitions, and embodied movement. Her teaching style emphasizes accessibility, creativity, and confidence, creating a welcoming space for beginners and experienced movers alike.

Through her classes, Denyse inspires students to discover their unique flow, connect with music, and experience the beauty and freedom of movement through silk fans.
