🛠️ How it works:
Led by Ben Gettinger—OCYL’s Expressive Arts Teacher and a certified teen life coach—students will engage in a mix of outdoor exploration and holistic practices. From nature walks to creative activities and gentle movement, each session is designed to help students connect with both the natural world and themselves.

🌳 Outdoor connection:
Weather permitting, part of the class will take place at the Monastery, offering a peaceful and inspiring setting for exploration and reflection.

Early teen years can feel overwhelming. Giving kids space to be outside, unplug, and build self-awareness helps them develop resilience, confidence, and a stronger sense of self.
