This camp is designed to help youth athletes move better, get faster, and build confidence through structured, age-appropriate training.
Led by certified Strength & Conditioning Coach Edson Appleton, athletes receive safe, science-backed instruction focused on long-term athletic development — not just drills, but real skill-building that transfers to sport.

Ages 12–15: Performance Development Camp

Designed for middle school athletes ready for more advanced training.

Athletes train with purpose and intensity while learning why the training works — building buy-in and long-term performance growth.
Camp participants will work with Edson Appleton, a personal trainer at PRFC. With over 13 years of experience in health, fitness and sports, Edson has worked as a strength & conditioning coach for athletes at all levels, a personal trainer, and youth sports coach.
