By the end of the class, you’ll have the confidence to recreate these showstopping dishes at home and impress friends and family with your new skills.

What You Will Be Making:
• Smoky and spicy chipotle chicken
• Toasted corn salsa
• Fresh tomato salsa
• Smashed guacamole
• Corn and wheat tortillas

Skills:
• Understanding Mexican flavours, including fresh and dried herbs and spices
• Knife skills for preparing salsas and garnishes
• Braising meat for maximum flavour and tenderness
• Making and cooking handmade corn tortillas from scratch

What You Will Take Home:
Any additional portions of food prepared during the class. We are actively trying to cut back on single-use containers, so please bring your own for any leftovers.
