On other dates, the focus shifts to Thai Green Curry, a fragrant blend of coconut milk, green chillies, and herbs, served alongside crispy Spring Rolls with sweet chilli sauce.
Perfect for beginners and experienced cooks, this class will give you the skills and confidence to recreate these Thai favourites at home. Choose one menu—or try them both!

What You Will Be Making:
Pad Gaprao Class:
• Pad Gaprao – A spicy Thai basil stir-fry served over jasmine rice
• Chicken Satay Skewers – Tender skewers with a creamy peanut sauce

Thai Green Curry Class:
• Thai Green Curry – A rich and aromatic coconut-based curry
• Spring Rolls – Crispy golden rolls with sweet chilli dipping sauce

Skills:
• Balancing Thai flavours—sweet, sour, salty, and spicy
• Stir-frying techniques for perfectly cooked Pad Gaprao
• Creating an authentic Thai curry paste from scratch
• Wrapping and frying crispy Spring Rolls
• Mastering satay sauce and seasoning

What You Will Take Home:
