In our Keralan Curry class, you’ll make a fragrant coconut-based curry alongside crispy Bhaji, the perfect crunchy snack. On other dates, we’ll turn up the heat with Chicken Madras, a fiery favourite, paired with soft, pillowy Chapati to soak up every drop of sauce.

Whether you're new to Indian cooking or a spice lover, this hands-on class will give you the skills to recreate these authentic dishes at home.

Dietary Info: We can accommodate vegetarian and vegan diets. Not suitable for gluten-free diets. Please inform us of your dietary needs when booking.

What You Will Be Making:
Keralan Curry Class:
• Keralan Curry – A fragrant coconut-based dish
• Crispy Bhaji – A golden, crunchy side

Madras Curry Class:
• Chicken Madras – A bold and fiery Indian classic
• Chapati – Soft, pillowy flatbreads

What You Will Take Home:
Everything you prepare will either be eaten during the class or taken home. Please bring your own containers for any leftovers to help us reduce single use plastic.

What You’ll Get for Lunch:
Once your dishes are ready, you’ll sit down and enjoy your homemade curry feast, packed with authentic flavours.
