We’ll start with mixing and kneading the dough, teaching you the proper techniques for rolling, folding, and creating those perfect, delicate layers through lamination. Under Rachel's expert guidance, you’ll make Classic Croissants and rich Pain Au Chocolat from scratch, mastering the art of shaping and baking these indulgent treats.

Then, you’ll delve into the world of Doughnuts—both glazed and filled! Learn how to create light, fluffy doughnuts, expertly fried and topped with a shimmering glaze or filled with delicious fillings.

All ingredients and equipment are provided, so come ready with your passion for baking and love of sweet treats.
