We’re so excited to bring this collaboration to life!

𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 & 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 is a new parent-and-child experience designed around one simple idea:
𝗧𝘄𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

While mums enjoy a Pilates session with HerKind, children can enjoy their own carefully prepared world of play, exploration and discovery with The Discovery Nook.

So you get to focus on 𝘆𝗼𝘂, while your little one gets an experience designed especially for 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 🥰

💪🏻 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝘂𝗺𝘀
A welcoming Pilates session suitable for different levels (including pre/postnatal), with a focus on moving, strengthening and feeling good.
No pressure to be “good at Pilates” and no need to have done it before. Just come as you are and enjoy an hour for yourself.

🌿 𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻
The Discovery Nook will provide a thoughtfully prepared, open-ended environment where children can:
✨ Explore
✨ Experiment
✨ Create
✨ Investigate
✨ Problem-solve
✨ Follow their curiosity
The activities and environment will be adapted around the children attending, with mixed ages being part of the appeal.

Stick around for a little while, grab yourself a 𝗵𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝘄 and have a chat! 💕
We’ll have 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮 & 𝗰𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗲 available after the session, giving you the chance to relax, socialise and enjoy a hot drink.

👶🏻 𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿?
Mums/carers with babies, toddlers and children, potentially from 𝟬–𝟭𝟭 years.

𝗡𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀 can stay with their mum throughout the session, next to her mat or in a pram, bouncer, playpen etc. They won't need to take up a place in the children's activity capacity.

𝗠𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 can take part in The Discovery Nook experience.

The session is also particularly welcoming to 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲-𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝘀.

We're currently planning our first trial session:
𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟵𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿
𝟭𝟭𝗮𝗺–𝟭𝟮𝗽𝗺
We're offering this initial session at 𝟱𝟬% 𝗼𝗳𝗳 while we test the format, space, age range and overall experience.
The trial will help us work out exactly what works best for mums and children before we launch the full sessions.

💕 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹?
This is something we're building together, and we want to get it right.
We'll be using the trial to test:
• The demand for the session
• The age range
• The number of children we can comfortably accommodate
• The layout and session format
• How the two experiences work alongside each other
• What mums and children think
• And, most importantly, whether you love it!

We're hoping this could become a regular 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 & 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 session, with further details to follow once we've tested the first session.
