The 17th Annual St. Thomas More Sheepshead Tournament will be here on January 17, 2026.
In mid-January each year, STM hosts a called ace Sheepshead Tournament, open to anyone who wants to stop in and play some cards on a cold afternoon. For just $30, players enjoy a light lunch and beverages throughout the day.
The tournament consists of three rounds of 15 or 18 hands (depending on the number of players at each table). After rounds one and two, the tables are shuffled and the total aggregate score of all three rounds determines the winner.
Check-in begins at 10:30am and play begins at 11:00am. RSVP is strongly encouraged to ensure your spot in the tournament.
50/50 raffles also take place during each round of the tournament.
