Our community has heard what district leaders have prioritized as issues needing to be addressed in our district, but now it's time to hear from the experts:

Similar to our school board listening sessions (but different), only teachers will be invited to speak at this event. Speeches will be recorded and possibly live-streamed so that their messages can be heard by all, even if they could not attend.

The rest of us-parents, students, community members-will be there to witness, support, and amplify their messages. After we have heard first-hand the realities of their responsibilities, we will use *our* voices to let district leaders know that teachers deserve a fair wage and that the district's current offer is simply unacceptable.
