Experience sound healing in its most uninterrupted and meditative form and allow your nervous system a chance to deeply rest and reset.
During this session, Violet will offer a gentle grounding introduction and from there, the rest of your experience will unfold without spoken guidance, allowing you to fully receive the frequencies without interruption.
Let the vibrations move through your body, settle your mind, and open space for clarity, release, and renewal. This is an invitation to simply be- supported by sound, held by stillness, and free from external cues.
What to Expect:
• A short guided relaxation to ease you into a receptive state.
• A completely silent (non-verbal) sound bath where Violet does not speak—only sound and vibration.
• Zero gravity chairs and optional eye masks provided for comfort and immersion.
We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
