Format: Sealed / 3 Rounds of Swiss / 8 Player Cap

Everyone Receives 6 Time Stranger Packs, 1 Time Stranger Release participation card, and 1 Release Promo Pack. Each player will be given 50 mins to build a 40 card deck then the tournament begins!

1st: Receives at least 1 Time Stranger Release Event Winner Card
