Affirmation & Reiki Meditation

Join Jennifer for an evening of affirmation meditation infused with gentle and healing Reiki energy.

Helping you embrace the power of positive self-talk and create powerful, subconscious change. Jennifer will guide you through a series of affirmations while channeling healing Reiki energy to promote deep relaxation, emotional release, and a sense of well-being.

• Zero gravity chairs and optional eye masks provided for comfort and immersion.
