- **Event Description**: Saturday, May 23, 2026 will be the 75th anniversary of the opening of the Terrace.  To honor this important date in Robbinsdale history, we have a way for YOU to become part of the Terrace’s Legacy.  We invite you to join us at the Robbinsdale Historical Society to document your personal Terrace stories on video.  We will be preserving your stories in the museum alongside some of the Terrace artifacts that have been preserved.  These stories will then be edited together into a long form video that will be made available to all upon completion.  Whether you attended movies, were an employee, or became aware of the Terrace after its closure, we want to hear from you!

 

We will be recording your stories from 1:00 – 5:00 on Saturday, May 23rd at 4915 N 42nd St.  The entrance is on the back side of the building.  While you’re there, be sure to check out the final day of the exhibit displayed in Robbin Gallery (on the front of the building) about the 100th anniversary of the Robbinsdale Library building. 

 

We know that the reach of the Terrace extends far beyond the Twin Cities area.  If you are unable to attend the interviews on the 23rd, you can feel free to record a video of yourself telling your Terrace story and e-mail it to historicterracetheatre@gmail.com.  Please be sure to film your video in horizontal format.
