Join us for a Yoga Nidra guided meditation, followed by a sound healing session with crystal bowls, chimes and Tibetan bowls. Complete relaxation!

The room will be filled with ambient lighting, candles, and the smell of lavender. Wear your most comfortable clothing, bring a pillow and a blanket if you’d like, and be ready to RELAX!
