Together, we will create a New Year Salt Bowl, a powerful ritual for clearing stagnant energy, honoring the lessons of the past year, and anchoring what you desire to call in for the year ahead. You’ll be guided to release old stories with love, infuse the salt with your heart’s hopes, and weave your energy into a collective container of transformation.
You'll be held in a deeply restorative Reiki healing meditation, allowing your body to soften, your nervous system to recalibrate, and your energy to rise into a state of clarity, lightness, and inner power. This channeled healing supports you in dissolving patterns from the year behind you and opening fully to the possibilities of the one ahead.
Wrapped in the warmth of sisterhood, this ceremony becomes a space where you are seen, supported, and celebrated, a gentle closing and a powerful beginning all at once.
You will take home your own sacred salt blend, infused with healing energy and your new-year intentions, serving as a reminder of your transformation throughout the season.
