With the construction industry's unique challenges, including remote site management and evolving team dynamics, effective supervision is critical for operational success and safety.

This half-day session is designed for individuals in or transitioning into supervisory roles within the construction industry. The course equips participants with essential supervisory skills, enabling them to manage teams effectively in the dynamic environment of construction.

During the session participants will explore what supervision is (and isn’t), how to transition effectively into a supervisory role, and how to overcome common hurdles. Attendees will reflect on their strengths, identify development areas, and learn practical tools to support and motivate others.
