Bar Botanical's Autumnal Dinner (Aaron Gardner pop-up)

Aaron Gardner is a private chef based in Swoope, Virginia, known for his farm-to-table approach that highlights the seasonal bounty of the Shenandoah Valley. With a background in hyperlocal sourcing and a passion for working with farmers who practice regenerative farming, Aaron creates immersive dining experiences that celebrate the connection between food, community, and the land. He regularly hosts pop-up dinners in unique and charming spaces, offering guests thoughtfully curated menus inspired by global flavors and local ingredients.

Unless the weather is uncharacterically nice, we will be dining inside. This is a community based event, so there will be one large table for all 28 diners.

Each ticket includes a five-courses meal focusing on fresh, highly seasonal and local ingredients, all plant-based.

We are also offering a wine & cocktails pairings "add-on," but will also be offering a la carte cocktails & other beverages (please book your pairing with your ticket, if desired).
