It will also honour Geoff Ranson, who has supported entrepreneurs through the organisation since 2012 and has long been recognised for his thoughtful, practical and inclusive approach. Geoff is publicly listed by StartUp Croydon as Project Manager, supporting programmes for the community, and has also been described by the organisation as helping run its Business Incubator programme.The evening will include lightning fireside discussions with members of our community who are open about their neurodiversity and happy to share experiences, perspectives and insights on innovations and tools. Featured contributors will include Joanne Harrington de Serrano OBE, Founder and Managing Director of Order from Chaos, Daniel Mullings, Director of Techembrace and described as working across AI strategy, immersive learning design and ethical governance, Emma Meheux, Founder and Director of Brand Planning Limited, a public speaker and published author of Sales Before Marketing and Babs Giwa, a podcaster, speaker and personal branding and storytelling expert who champions youth impact.  We will also have a representative of Status Employment, with over 30 years of experience in supporting neurodivergent people to gain and retain employment or self-employment.Many in our community will know Geoff for his kind and considerate guidance.
