This is a safe, supportive sanctuary for women to 'rest in stillness and rise in light' - to pause, breathe and turn inward to restore, renew and revitalise.Guided by Lisa (Yeshe Therapies: Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Reiki Master) and Bev (Woodland Mindfulness: Creative Therapist) you will be held through a restorative blend of mindfulness and nature connection practices, guided visualisation and soothing crystal sound bowls.Set within the stunning natural surroundings of The Wilderness (a unique heritage garden first established by the Secretary of the Royal Horticultural Society over 100 years ago) the retreat offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
