Then, you’ll lie back and get comfortable while I guide you through a short meditation with breathwork to relax. The sounds of instruments such as crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, chimes, drums and more will gradually build into a relaxing, immersive experience designed to ease tension and calm the mind. The session ends with a short grounding meditation and stillness to help you transition back into your day.
