This camp is designed for women who want to start out in trail running or prepare for their first trail race. If you have been interested in getting into trail running, or if you're a newer trail runner who needs to hone your technique, this is your chance to connect with like-minded ladies to share a day of running and learning.

Included:
- Pre-event online meet-up to discuss camp goals
- In-class discussions
- Approximately 5-10km of trail running – a relaxed pace with lots of stops to talk about technique
- Ideally, you should be able to run 5km on road (at any pace), but we'll work with everyone's abilities
- Lunch
- Custom swag
- Post event social (optional)
- Sunday casual run (optional)
