This transformative session begins with a guided meditation to help you unwind and centre yourself. You’ll then be immersed in the soothing sounds of sacred instruments, allowing the vibrations to gently harmonise your energy and open you to a state of flow. At the end, we’ll guide you back to the present moment with grounding techniques and a small chocolate treat to seal the experience.

• Yoga mat and a pillow
• A blanket or anything else to make yourself comfortable

Your Guide:Natalie Grace, a skilled and intuitive sound healer, will lead this nurturing experience. With her expertise and gentle presence, Natalie creates a space for deep relaxation and connection, weaving together the transformative sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Percussion, Voice, and Chimes.
