We are opening the floor to Singles, Doubles, and Relay Teams on June 14th for a full scale Hyrox Event. This is the ultimate dress rehearsal designed to mimic the exact flow of a Hyrox race. Whether you are prepping for an upcoming official event, you missed out on tickets, or just want to see what the hype is about and participate in a really great workout... this is for you!

WHEN: Sunday June 14th
TIME: Heat times will be assigned based on race category and estimated pace. Heat times begin at 6a and the last heat will start at 11a, with the event concluding at approximately 12p. 
WHERE: Crown Point Cal Ripken Baseball Complex (across from Wheeler Middle School) 
DIVISIONS: Singles, Doubles, Relays
COST: $50 / participant- F45 members - $25

This event is open to everyone in the Northwest Indiana and surrounding communities! Illinois and Michigan friends are welcome too!
