- **Event Description**: Experience a whole week of immersion in nature, living at the rythm of the sun, learning how to move and dance in harmony and interaction with all natural elements : water, sand & clay, fire, and wind.

Each morning begins with a sunlight bath in the light of the rising sun over the sea, followed by an opening of the body on the beach facing the sun, including some elements of dance, yoga, and martial arts, for stretching and muscular reinforcement; and ends with a clay purification ritual to relax every muscle.

Afternoons feature contemporary dance sessions partnering with natural elements : the waves of the sea, the curves of the sand, or the trunks and branches of the trees. 

Every evening, enjoy a "World Groove" dance class blending flamenco, arabic, african, afro-cuban, salsa, hip-hop, reggae dance styles on the world’s most beautiful terrace, shaded by eucalyptus trees and facing the sea.

At night, enjoy dance parties under the stars, moonlight swims in the sea, and singing around the campfire.

In between all this, there is also time for naps under the eucalyptus trees, personal reflexion time or meditations, all designed to nurture your well-being and forge new connections: first with yourself, then with others, and finally with Nature, all while grounding yourself in your body, in time, and in space.

Cost: €450** for the week, including:
•	4 to 6 hours of dance and wellness activities per day
•	All meals cooked together on-site
•	A lovely mid-week excursion 

** 10% discount for members
(Annual Transe-en-Danse membership fee: €20)

** Not included:
>> Travel Costs to San Paolo Camping
     > Plane or train to Lamezia Terme or Crotone
     > Carpooling to Capo Rizzuto. 
>> Accommodation:
     > in your own tent : €16 per night
     > in a caravan or bungalow:  €30 (if shared) to €60 per night
>> Drinks (other than water) and restaurant on the day off
