Resonant Flow: Yoga & Live Piano

Join us for an evening to slow down and connect.

Gentle, accessible postures, mindful stretching, and a guided meditation will be led by registered yoga instructor Lucia Rich and accompanied by the relaxing, resonant sound of live piano improvisations by Amir Khosrowpour.

This 90-min yoga session will leave you feeling grounded, spacious, and renewed.

All levels welcome! Open to anyone age 14+. Please wear clothing you can move in comfortably. BYO yoga mat or use one of ours.
