1) Lunch: T.B. Suttin General Store 11:30 a.m. Eastern
2) Sight Seeing: Approximately 2 hrs to wonder around. KSU by 3 p.m. Eastern.
3) Hotel Arrival: Approximately 4 p.m. Central
Preparation and Staging
1) Prep: Please arrive with a FULL tank of gas.
2) Meet-up Location: The empty parking lot next to the 7-Eleven (Turn right out of the hotel, go one block to the red light; the lot is on the right).
3) Timeline: KSU (Kickstands Up): 8:20 a.m. (Central)
4) Departure: 8:30 a.m. sharp!
🎃 Saturday Night: Halloween Party
1) Join in the Hotel Breakfast/Meeting Space for a night of food and fun!
2) Time: 6:00 p.m. (Central) Food & Drinks
3) Dinner: Pizza party, dessert, and drinks.
4) Cost: $10 per person (collected at the door).
Activities
5) Costume Contest: Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! I would love to see everyone dressed up!
6) Entertainment: Competitive Carnival Games, a 50/50 drawing, and plenty of socializing.
