We expect the unloading process to take about half an hour. After everyone is unloaded, we will paddle on the southern end of Cross Lake for about an hour and a half, returning to the public access by 11:00pm.All participants must bring their own life jacket, paddle, and kayak or canoe equipped with safety lights, including white lights, combination lights, or side lights. See the Minnesota Boating Guide for nonmotorized boat visibility requirements (page 18).Other suggested items to bring:headlampwaterdry bagsinsect repellentwater resistant clothingtowelsThis event is weather dependent and will be canceled in the event of rain or wind speeds over 10mph.
