- **Event Description**: Calling all expecting and postpartum mothers for a FREE workout class where you can bring your baby with you! Public Health Nurses will be available to help with your littles. 

We’ll meet at Reallife Wellness Studio for a 20–30 minute movement session led by Bailey, followed by time to connect with other moms. We’ll also dive into meaningful conversations and explore helpful education topics together.

This free class is designed just for you.  Real Life Wellness is partnering with Crow Wing County who will also provide a space for questions and education surrounding your health as a mom. 

This class will be designed in a way to allow you to bring your littles with and we will have extra hands to help you out with them during class. 

Thursdays
Location changes during the nice days, however please plan for most group days to be held at Real Life Wellness Studio!
