Guided Reiki Self Practice

Have you ever wanted to try Reiki but aren't sure where to start? If so, please come join me for this special, 1-hour offering.

Reiki is a spiritual healing practice we are all capable of and its practice will help bring our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual self into balance, promoting stress reduction and wellbeing. Reiki involves specific, gentle hand placements on the body, while relaxing the mind in meditation. Anyone can practice Reiki!

This 1-hour offering will start with some gentle movement to encourage energy flow within the body, followed by guided Reiki self-practice, ending with a few minutes for reflection and opportunity to ask questions. You have the option to use a chair or sit or lie on a mat. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water.

Drop-in rate is $16 per person.
Punch cards and memberships can also be used for this class.
