Join us for an immersive outdoor experience on the evening new buck moon surrounded by the elements of the earth and spirit. This special collaboration brings together movement, sound and ritual to help you align with the natural rhythms of the Earth and Sky.


The experience begins by exploring the wisdom of the 5-elements, followed by a gentle Hatha-Yin moon flow led by Sarah to ground your energy and connect with your breath, a guided meditation to help you let go, make space to transition to a sound journey led by Shawnn using vibrations to tap into the ethereal elements of the soul. The evening will conclude by the fire with dedicated time to journal and a sacred burning ritual, allowing you to release what no longer serves you.

we will provide blankets, pillows, straps and blocks for your comfort, but are more that welcome to bring anything you think you'll need for your practice.
