Join usAbout this EventSTUNNING NEW VENUE! St. Cuthberts Centre (Hall) Crook About the eventWelcome to my Soundbath Meditation experience, bringing us together at St Cuthberts Centre (Hall)Sunday 22nd February 20267pm ~ 8pmIf you are someone who struggles with constant chatter in your head.. then this is definitely going to help you switch off and allow yourself to immerse in soothing soundwaves of some beautiful therapeutic instruments... Benefits of sound healing: *Reduce stress and anxiety *Enhance relaxation and promote a sense of calm *Improve concentration and mental clarity *Balance energy levels and promote overall well-being *Support emotional and physical healing *Stimulate creativity and intuition My intention is to gently transition a person from their normal waking state of consciousness (beta) to a highly relaxed state of consciousness (alpha/theta). In this relaxed state , a person’s own innate healing abilities should then be able to work more effectively in order to bring the person back into alignment. The process can help to bring the person back into optimal vibration, offering many benefits to general health and wellbeing, both physically and emotionally. (Thereaputic instruments include Gongs, Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingsha & Koshi Chimes, Buffulo and Framed Drums, Rattles & Rainstick and Rav Vast Handpan.) N.B.
