Every week our talented Chefs prepare an AYCE Buffet with different themes (essentially dishes we have enjoyed on our travels)
we have had South African, Cajun, Bengali, Caribbean, Tennessee, West African, even British!!   

We will take the most popular of these dishes and prepare them in a Gluten free environment and without any gluten in anything.
