Happy New Year Yoga family! We will be coming into our third year at Crofton Jazzercise and as we welcome the New Year, I’m looking forward to beginning January with a gentle, intentional theme:
�Connecting to the Breath & Cultivating the Light Within.
Rather than rushing into resolutions, our Sunday practices will focus on slowing down, breathing with awareness, and reconnecting to the steady, quiet light that already lives within each of us. This is a beautiful way to begin the year feeling grounded, supported, and clear.

In our regular classes, we’ll explore mindful movement linked with breath to support balance, ease, and presence. On January 25, we’ll close the month with a deeply nourishing Restorative Yoga class. An invitation to rest, restore, and gently integrate the energy of the new year.
