If you are grieving a lost loved one, experiencing challenges at work or with your health, if you are overwhelmed with anxiety or anger about the state of the world or by memories of past pains, then you may find it difficult to feel the hope, peace, joy, and love of Advent. If this sounds like you, you are not alone, and are encouraged to attend a "Blue Christmas" worship service Pastor Elizabeth will be offering on December 17th at 7:30 pm. Through liturgy, prayers, candle light and music we will lift up our pain to our God, and with the help of the Holy Spirit, find that even in our challenges Christ, Emmanuel, is with us, to strengthen us with love and lead us out of darkness into light and peace. All are welcome!
